Agree with both - I think there is still people who are not committed and would sell - even if it went up or went down - both being catalysts for selling in my opinion. I wont be buying unless it hits 28 or 28.5 but that is my base. I am fully invested but a few here and there are not bad if I believe and I can sell them later at a profit.
