lio In the interest of us long-suffering fellow LIO shareholders, if anyone has an update I'd be most obliged.

My confused and probably erroneous understanding is as follows:

(1) Mercorella resigned in haste in the last quarter of 2005 amid rumours of missing funds

(2) LIO requested a suspension of trading and the word was that they had to raise money fast

(3) Mercorella appeared in Adelaide Magistrates Court in Dec 2005 to answer ASICX charges in illegal share trading in LIO and Entek Energy shares

(4) The expected capital raising and the AGM was followed by a deafening silence

...and all this from an ENERGY stock at the time of soaring prices!
