The obvious there is to also own bank shares.Actually
mortgage rates are at lows not seen since I was a whippersnapper.My first was at 11.5% variable on the way
down from 17%.No something else is in play.Investors
sick of downgrades and nervous perhaps?
I digress.I am encouraged with the SPC situation,another
reason I maintain a positive attitude to CCL.
