For linc to respond to the reported environmental damage they need to have all of the information related to what they are being charged with. While they may have an idea of what it is, it would be silly to start defending themselves with what they think is the issue when the QLD may have something else in mind. As mentioned previously by another holder Linc does not want to swap newspaper headlines with the QLD government as it will only mean newspapers will continued to reiterate the claims against them.
