I'm an amateur, so I'm only guessing. While some the sell-off looked like Stop Loss, I have seen this and been burned by it a couple of time. I think this time I have learned my lesson. Each time I have seen a secondary priced below the market price, the SP will stay about the secondary price until the new investors get their hands on the new shares -- then we see the bloody sell-off. So I can only conclude that it is SOME of the new investors who are selling their shares. So next time I see this, I will sell out at the time the offering is announced, and buy back after the new investors dump their shares on the market. I'm guessing that SP finds bottom around the option price of 1.26.
