Anyhow...given no deal transpired by said deadline, I suggest that it means I have already won by default :-P IMO FWIW
In addition, given that the deadline has come and well and truly gone, you have unfortunately also forfeit your exclusive rights to my esteemed company for lunch/dinner, however... I am prepared to let bygones be bygones and invite you to re-engage on a non-exclusive basis, and respectfully suggest a pre-AMG AGM banquet in Sydney later this year with the full crew of madmen (and ladies) with whom we share our illness here on the ADO threads.
