to add, daily experiencing ourselves in a flux of changing states of lower to higher states of consciousness is also dependent on the mind's response to the circumstances in any given moment.
if the mind has sufficient wisdom then there will not be much flux at all, and possibly none
it can be mostly or all 'heaven' & little or no 'hell'
