He is using every trick in that black book to keep pulling a fast one on the next batch of rosy eyed investor. I had a laugh when he resigned as CEO and demoting himself to company secretary. Who in their right mind career wise would do that unless there is a hidden agenda for growing thick sand paper facial feature?

Then it was the impression of new management with a new direction clutching a new batch of funds. Later on we learned they just happen to stumble across a hidden gem, undiscovered copper mine, project ready to ship concentrate and all they required was $10M of which they get from lender. You get the picture(Hmm...) things are starting to fall in place too conveniently, easily and a bagful of LUCK?
