BT, agree it doesn't make the board look good or competent, but they have never conceded that they don't have an agreement for the funds. Most people here are reading more into announcement's than is actually written.
Also, Hypothetically, If I have a contract that says you will not name me or the deal is off. Then I don't care if you are an ASX listed company or not. I would say to you "That's not my problem it is yours"
