Do you really think they are going to hang onto investment property's till death? most people I know 70+ are flogging investments and spending the money to enjoy it before they die.
Why hang onto small rental income when you can flog the house and get all that money to spend up front while you can still enjoy it?
Who cares if you can make more holding onto it for another 30 years if your 65!!
Your not going to be doing much in 15 years if you hit 80 just living in a home, going to the doctors and watching TV and the RSL
