But, you'll eventually got to see your money again when you sell it & plan to retire by 60. Esp when you had it since 1990s, plenty of money to spend. It's a piggy bank. Europe vacation? Why not.

But rent money you'll never see it again when you reach 75 & plan to retire? Maybe not.... Europe vacation? Maybe Tasmania.
