From what I recall from Blewitt's open letter to Gillard, he used a lot of "could of" and "may have", but never "you did", which amounted to a pretty weak letter for someone purported to have the dirt on Gillard.

I suspect that Wilson and Blewitt would need to be charged and convicted prior to there being any chance of Gillard being convicted of anything.

Anyway, time will tell.
