Thank you for responding ... and certainly I accept what you say "You are assuming the treated and untreated groups will deliver mutually exclusive results" and yes,that is/was my assumption. While I accept that there will be a distribution of results for both groups (not necessarily the same), and just to complicate matters that the statistical population might be small, I would be hoping to see that in at least a few cases we had a strong positive response to the drug. Keep in mind that for well over a year now doctors in the major TBI centres have been able to pump NNZ-2566 into severely injured people. Do we know after at least 100 active doses if any of these doctors have seen anything dramatic? We are talking life and death, so surely there must be some comment?
