No, I dont keep doing the same thing, i change when something is over valued. That is why we have housing bears because prices are over valued, there was no housing bears 15 years ago.
Thats the point the bears are trying to make to the bulls, you guys dont understand things go in cycles.. housing goes up and down, up and down. you have ridden a good up and think it will never have a down which is impossible.
