Steve, I understand property cycles. I posted a diagram of it.
What do you mean "housing goes up and down, up and down." You seem to imply it's like a sea saw.
Fact is that after the bottom of each cycle property has gone to new record highs and never gone back to the previous low.
joustingsticks, bit of a different game you play and I can see how that works. I just find you relay have to find good value with good upgrade potential to cover the transaction costs
