Already posted re this one the case was dismissed with prejudice, I posted a link the other day re this. I am not thrilled this guy is involved either, but here's hoping the money has been secured without any upfront fee from PDY and in regards to CR's people have mentioned before, they stated this would not be the case and really if it stays at these levels then there will be a lot of options exercised anyway.
I would be very surprised if our lawyers didn't know about all of his dealings, hence why I think they may have an agreement which requires him to front the cash first etc etc.
That is my 2 cents and back to hibernation until the 23rd.
