Sunbird even at the current staus (ie Final decision still to be announced) is already "good news".
The FAR management is very upbeat about Sunbird, much more so than PCL's management I feel. The fact that PCL has gone down is to do with their finance situation. Also I think PCL should hire a spin doctor perhaps. So, really it's so far already good news for FAR.

If FAN 1 comes in, we will already be in the money and SHELF 1 is probably more than 50% COS. Do you recall the overseas broker report? 32c+ if just one of them comes in. I'll be able to sell enough for a good profit and still have enough for a bet on SHELF 1. By then L6 farm in should be hopefully all finalised.
