An old friend of mine, on the DP, does some work but would like to do more. Only trouble is that he has a thyroid problem and has to take enormous doses (4 or 5x usual) of the hormone. The only way that is remotely affordable is if he stays on the DP and gets medication at a huge discount - even though he wants more work.
