    This is why Cottee should have adopted the KISS model;

    drill baby drill the ..... out of Surprise and let oil and money talk.

    No complicated JV's that shareholders have trouble understanding the ins and outs, and a time frame taking years, when world politics and events like your post highlights, can determine CTP future.

    All a big game, now, IMO.
