There is no macro & micro evolution, and there are no facts to support it. Evolution is very small transitions over very long periods of times. Sometimes a string of hundreds of those small changes transitions one species into another species. All fossils are transitional because evolution is a continuous process. You cannot observe a process that takes a million years. There is nothing in evolution that says that one species morphs into another species all at once.....that is the very opposite of what evolution teaches.
