Can you provide Observable evidence of Darwinian evolution of something changing it's kind?

As you believe in evolution I have asked for only one example from the billions of years that we have been on Earth of a thing changing it's kind. Surely as being acceptable curriculum and as you've stated easily provable. Well then according to the rules of science can you please provide just one example.
