Seeing that you have raised this issue, I will reply as follows:

"………hopefully no win no fee solicitors like Slater and Gordon can immediately smell blood and start group actions."

    Alleluia,

Someone did finally made a mention to some Lawyers named Slater And Gordon.

Now, where did I hear that Lawyer's name mentioned around these traps before, and when it was pushed under the carpet as being nonsense instead, or pushed into the too hard basket.??

As for ASIC accepting, or setting voluntary fines to some Banks that could have done some wrong to some unsuspecting investors, have you heard of the "Too Big To Fall" clause that our Government has been promoting and slowly slowly pushing it forward while hoping that it will slip through unnoticed.?

That involves the Big four banks which, according to our Regulators and Legislators are too big to be allowed to fall and we, the poor taxpayers, are and will be expected to support them in any way they wish. Yes even by having our Reserve bank setting aside hundreds of billion of dollars to help them, and that is just to begin with. What will follow IMO, will be a rude shock to the system.

    Go figure.

Until the Law will change, all the Retail Shareholders, (and take notice that I have mentioned only Retail Shareholders/Investors, not the big boys), we will continue to be cannon fodder for them.

As for CDU, well I can only say that, IMHO we aren't any different than any other Retail Investors that are getting ripped off on a daily basis in the process.

Are you honestly of the belief that the Senate Enquiry will sue or drag someone to Court over what is happening and as to what has happened in the past with CDU.??

Well mate, and IMHO, nothing will happen. And if something will happen, it will only be a small pat on the back of the hand, and with a small feather just for sake's sake.

Only time will tell us what will happen. But, personally I wouldn't be holding my breath for fear of getting blue in the face.

Good luck. Let's hope that CDU will tell the market as to when they are intending to start selling and shipping DSO and at what grades. That, IMO could give a lift to our share prices.

I, like you, would like to see a raise in our share price but I am willing to accept that it takes more than just a few rampers/dreamers in the HC Forums to make it happen.

It has to come/start from the Company itself and, if the News is very good and it will create some volume buying as a result, even the shorters that you are constantly reminding us of, will have Buckley's to stop it from happening.

    Cheers
