The point being though Oscar is that the last auditors' report noted that if this funding doesn't occur, Condor will likely not be capable of operating as an ongoing concern. This 10M is an all-in holding pocket twos. If it comes off, and I hope it does for everyone's sake, then great but if it falls through, it'll be a river of tears.
