the main problem that I see is that NXT is trading on a price to sales of 10.
That's a huge gap.
Like many 'concept' stocks, the market gets caught up in the fantastic story.
Financial analysis is limited because its just at the 'concept stage'.
Once the company enters the 'functional' stage then more financial analysis can be done, ie fundamental analysis.
If the end fundamentals are too far away from the 'concept' hope, then the share price comes down significantly.
This is what we may be seeing with NXT.
For myself I am happily waiting on the side lines.
