I took it that EO was referring to folk pimping their positions rather than a house of ill-repute TB2, an if so I'd have to agree.
O f course one can ignore, watch, watch and learn, take them on, or hitch a ride and ride their ride for free. I'd hazard a guess a few in the top200 do the latter.
