    re: News: Generating returns without market r... It's a tough one. Ago has rail catalyst to decrease costs and increase mine production. Bci has the cash but single digit mine life left and unknowns after that. I would say ago has more upside short term but more volatility then bci. Can't see either going much more than 10% lower as a downside risk
