re: Ann: Change of Director's Interest No... G/O, you may be correct however all I can find in relation to the Company Secretary's pecuniary interests in NAE is based on the following and there does not seem to be any subsequent notification of a change in interest:

New Age Exploration Limited (“NAE”) advises that Mr Adrien Wing has resigned from the Board of the Company effective immediately. Adrien has been a Director of NAE since 12 March 2004 and has made an excellent contribution to the Company over a long period. Adrien has stepped down from the board to allow him to focus on his other commitments which includes his ongoing support as NAE Company Secretary
