My guess is it is associates of ZER who are accumulating Cue. (see substantial shareholder notice) Perhaps a precursor to a takeover bid. Cue is very cheap and if you can buy 20% before you have to bid for the whole company it is a steal at 12 cents. They would only need to get 27% of the company to have more shares than Todd and effectively control the company. My guess is that they could get effective control at a price of less than 18 cents per share and dividend out the cash pile that has been gathering moss. Hopefully we will see some action here. This company badly needs to be taken over or liquidated and the cash returned to shareholders.
