Wow .... There goes the very thing some supporters used to cheer about - a low registry. This was seen a long way away. I sold out the majority of my holdings and held onto some in the hope that there would be a spp. This is one confusing prospectus. I wish id sold the lot 5k worth, The market has voted. I actually feel sorry for the LT holders who have had faith in the company. So now with this severe dilution, plv will be able to proceed unhindered and make some cash but wait the sp would still be stuck as the eps would be low. Incredible.
