Except the fact Lynas are prevented from capital
Raising for 7 or 8 months because of the deal
If Sojitz can be paid until Mt Kellet bonds are due
Then a new deal can be done to pay Mt Kellett out
When the time comes
It all hinges on the $80 million for Sojitz
in the next year
