Thanks Loky. As I read it I thought "Well that contradicts what I wrote" but as I read further the contradiction was less absolute.
For example I said that it was hard to eat the required amount of dark-green leafy vegetables but this article said that it was EASY for the body to convert K 1 to K 2. Thought I was blown out of the water, but then it says: "People over the age of 65, or in at risk from osteoporosis [my fear for Mrs H] should consider taken a multi-vitamin supplement and consume one cup (100 to 150 g) of leafy vegetables such as Kale, spinach and broccoli daily."
But that's what I said! Who do you know eating a cup of bloody sprouts a day? If you do, how much does it cost and how do you go out in public?
At the beginning they said it was a FAT soluble vitamin. They are not easy to absorb through the gut but I didn't see that mentioned again.
