Yeah with the shareholders being played.. RMX needed to do what it did, even to loose a few holders and knock the last trade price down, all to survive even though morally not the best thing to do but it is business. Hope all past holders who cut their losses make it back soon, but since we are trading in the secondary market RMX only needs to follow the law with the shareprice because they got their money to hopefully make RMX :-)
