This latest decision by Magistrate Doherty flys in the face of the current campaigns about Stopping Violence against Women.
I support the SVaW campaign. However...to put this case in the same category is an insult to the campaign. The campaign targets domestic violence usually compounded with emotional abuse.
Also...was the lady who attacked Moody inebriated? Maybe she would've made a better choice if alcohol wasn't her excuse also.
