gottalovevmt/Mojo: WHY on earth would FAR want to issue even more shares (on and above the extra 15% they would be allowed to issue additionally anyhow ?!?) - having so many shares (2.5 bio.) out there NOW is already a massive PROBLEM, at least IMHO! So they are asking to increase potentially the number of FAR shares up to 3.125 bio if my calc. is correct! WHY??
Comments/explanations most welcome.

Just for reference: At current sp of, say, 4.3 the fully exercised additional shares would bring (via dilution) such a shareprice down to 3.2c...
