PADBURY MINING LIMITED (ASX:PDY) – UPDATE TO VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Padbury Mining Limited (Padbury) is still in discussions with ASIC and the ASX in relation to
the shareholders agreement referred to in Padbury's announcement of 11 April 2014. Subject to
the outcome of those discussions, it is anticipated an announcement updating the market will be
made early next week.
