ASX are NOT responsible in anyway, shape or form. They cannot vet every announcement's bona fides or accuracy, and nor should they. Think about the inferences if they did. PI alone would go through the roof. Who do you think those costs would be passed onto?

The rules are there for everyone to play by. I expect at least PDY and probably more to be vigorously pursued over this.
