I'm response to your post back in Februrary I have attached a weekly chart for TWE. You asked for some T.A., well I hope my comments below help.
Its in a descending triangle pattern, needing a clear break of $4.20 to indicate a trend reversal.
I hold and I have a Stop set at a close below $3.57. This is based on a price/volume technique I read about in a book called Simple Tactics, Profitable Trading. I will continue to hold as long as my Stop isn't hit and I will continue to hold if and when $4.20 is broken to the upside.
This is an easy trade because its easy to mark the upside and downside parameters on the current TWE chart.
