All I want to know is was QRX aware of the FDA's position, prior to the Adcom meeting and that is the drug is not effective enough and will be rejected. I find it hard to beleive QRX would not know the FDA's position. How can this not be made clear by the FDA well before those briefing notes from the FDA, just before the Adcom meeting, where we all learned the decision had already been made and the meeting was a complete waste of time. We have been shafted by QRX or the FDA.
