I am sure Justis you are astute enough to realise contracts are negotiated between both parties.
And yes chaps, the irony of being prepared to pay 10% over the odds on a property wasn't lost on me ... but speaks volumes about the Gold Coast market ... one day she's up next day she's all over. I wish the new owners well, but the agent did not do her job.
I have always said I would buy again late 2014 early 2015, unless I found something decent in the meantime, as I am staying put now for a while, but it would seem the cracks are already emerging in the Gold Coast market. Looks like waiting will pay well.
But property is still a joke of an investment compared to what it used to be, take my advice boys, those days are behind all of us.
