I really dont get this bull mentality.. its rude and petulant, like they are cheering on a footy team. only way you can be bullish and confident about property is if you have absolutely no idea about economics.
If house prices fall 40% how do you think you will even get a loan to buy more property when your mortgages are going to be worth more than your loans. Banks wont want to touch you.
