Trust me, as an ex 20 year bull, leverage is your friend.
If you own property outright and have not unleashed that equity then you are not a bull at all.
Any bull right now not using that equity is waiting for the downturn and does not see any upside for property.
Plenty of people on here own property and are bearish, at least they are honest.
