BUT take a look at the top selling suburbs in REIWA data in West today. Most are cheapies and it has been that way for 4 years. Any body following your advice and waiting since 2010 to buy a house HAS LOST $200,000 That is approx $100k paid in rent (thanks by the way) and the increase of $100k in the price of entry level houses. 19 Aries Place Rockingham $330k in peak, $300k 3 years ago just sold for over $400k. Plenty more of them.
