Please explain then how every other mining company is able to report every quarter on their grades sitting in their stockpiles?

Its not that hard in this day and age. All other miners actually do it, but you provide a long excuse about how its impossible to do. You state its not possible to know enough about the stockpile to report it formally. complete nonsense I say in that every other miner that i read about can do exactly that every quarter.

Try reading the quarterlies of any other mining operation and you will see they report on what is in their stockpiles along with the grades.

In science a bit of research is very very useful at times.
