As no ASX announcement mentions a takeover perhaps there is no takeover.
HZN mentions a control transaction. If ROC is the suitor then their announcement just mentions a transaction.
Perhaps the proposal is not a takeover, but rather backing into HZN a rather large asset or assets for shares. Which would result in ROC being in Control.
Both companies are trading below breakup value in my opinion.
I hope its a takeover, quick cash profit, but perhaps the entity with the combined assets would be able to kick start a mini LNG project.
Just my thoughts.
