the situation continues to escalate and the war of words regarding sanctions seems to be doing little.
I can't see COD doing any drilling this year. The time frames are slipping and I'd be surprised to see them even drill next year.
the first big hurdle will be for COD to negotiate terms for funding with a farm out partner to help fund drilling activity - unfortunately the current unrest puts the company in a poor position to get a favourable result.
