BKY only just passed the PFS stage and stated DFS by end of 2014. However although they stated the DFS would be awarded by Dec 2013 still no announcement regarding this.
They are a long way from development stage. PEN will have been in 2nd year of production before BKY would at best realistically be commencing production.
