I enjoy your posts. I know you have a big holding of Roc so are probably more concerned than I am! I have held for a long time (about 8 years) - only small in the past but it was pre-Anzon - but have been a recent buyer.
I think they are a changed company and very conservative now.
I don't think they will overpay or lack due diligence this time around.
I am hopeful of (in fact, expecting) a smart purchase, and I really can't see at all that they are out for all of Hzn. They are simply not big enough.
