I have done some homework on the subject, both fundamentaly and technically and this is what i have conlcuded

if there is going to be a short term bounce, about 25-40% then it can occur from about the $1,20-$1.30 level.

Fundamentally, the negative value of the hedges if they are cristalize today the company may be placed in a difficult position.

The best choice of enntry would be an options or warrnat play, which I have not examined yet.
