    why not sandy, potential profit from any business activity is good enough for me whether it be from iron ore or port and rail.

    I remember hearing a story in the 1800's of a prospector who found gold in an isolated spot far from populated areas, he went to the nearest major town and showed everyone what he had found and proceeded to tell anyone where it was, stupid move?, well no he made more money out of the miners looking for their fortune there by selling them supplies and services.
