why pdy would be able to retain 36% of project

It seems to me that the retantion of 36% makes people suspisious

Why sombody providing 100% equity would settle for 64% ownership.

Then come few failed financing deals and the paranoia starts.

Because we cannot understand we are suspisious this was a basic principles of a Witch hunt in middle ages but..
